This complete bread mix contains the perfect proportion of every ingredient needed to make the perfect white bread loaf. A 2.5kg bag makes approximately eight 400g bread loaves.
To use, add 650g of warm water to 1kg of Artisan's Choice Complete Bread Mix. Mix for 12-15 minutes on middle speed on a conventional mixer or 4 minutes slow and 6 minutes fast on a spiral mixer.
Roll the dough into balls, rest for 5 minutes and then prove for 60 minutes. Bake at approximately 230 degrees for 25-30 minutes for a 400g loaf, 30-35 minutes for an 800g loaf or 12-15 minutes for 70-80g burger buns.
