This mix, part of the Craigmillar range from CSM, produces an extra moist, tender cake with a gentle vanilla taste. Perfect for loaf cakes and muffins.
Also available as an extra moist chocolate cake mix.
To make, place 1kg of dry mix in a bowl with beater attachment, add 350g of whole egg and 140g of water then mix at slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down, mix at medium speed for 3 minutes then change to slow speed for 1 minute slowly adding a further 140g of water and 300g of vegetable oil. Scrape down and beat for another 3 minutes at medium speed then portion into tins and bake at 190 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
