Meri-White is an egg white (also known as egg albumin) powder for making meringues or Royal Icing. Just add water and whip for superior peaks and a bright, white finish. Takes colourings and flavourings well so you can personalise to your heart is content.

Easier than fresh egg, better whipping results than fresh egg and a longer shelf life than fresh egg with no need for special storage (just clip the resealable tub closed to maximise freshness between uses).
