Product details
Snowmallow is a gelatine based marshmallow with a smooth, firm texture and sweet vanilla hinted taste. Perfect for making 'snowballs' or layering gateaux and slices.
To use, heat 1kg of Snowmallow to 60 degrees and then add 125g of cold water. Whisk to peak on top speed in a mixer, then pipe into shape and allow to set.
