
Our strong bakers flour is our all-purpose wheat flour. Baker's flour is mainly used to bake breads and must be stored in an airtight, moisture-proof container.
Suitable for use within a bread maker.
Baker strong flour has a higher protein range than the strong flour so what this means is it will get more lift and take more punishment through bread plants than normal bakers flour.
