This chocolate fudge brownie mix from Artisan's Choice takes inclusions well and makes chewy brownies with a rich chocolate flavour.
To use, add 625g of water to 2.5kg of dry mix over 1 minute on low speed using beater. Scrape down then mix for a further 1 minute on low speed. If desired, add 625g walnuts/chocolate chips on low speed until fully distributed. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
