This ready to use creme cake mix creates a soft, moist, tender crumb perfect for creating muffins, loaf cakes, tray bakes and puddings.
To use, add 2.5kg of dry creme cake mix to a mixing bowl fitted with a beater. Add 900g while mixing on slow speed then scrape down batter. Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed. Add 750g vegetable oil and 500g water while mixing on slow speed then scrape down batter. Mix for 3 minutes on slow speed. Blend in any desired inclusions or flavourings on slow speed. Bake at 185 degrees.
