A mix for the production of a moist and tender carrot cake, requiring the addition of water, oil, nuts and carrot. This carrot cake mix provides an indulgent, moist textured, and full flavoured eat that your customers will love.
To top it off add some of our edible carrot shaped decorations.
To make, add 2.87kg of water and 1.25kg of vegetable oil to 12.5kg of dry mix over 1 minute on low speed using beater. Scrape down and beat for 3 minutes on medium speed. Add 3.75kg of grated carrot and 875g of walnuts (optional). Blend through on low speed. Do not over mix. For Loaf tins scale at 380g and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. For 30 x 18 sheet scale at 4.3kg and bake at 205 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes.
