Craigmillar Plain Creme Cake mix creates a soft, moist, tender crumb perfect for creating muffins, loaf cakes, tray bakes and puddings. Ready to use - just add egg, water, oil and any desired inclusions then bake.
To use, add 4.5kg of egg over 1 minute on slow speed to 12.5kg of dry mix. Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed. Scrape down. Blend 4.5kg of vegetable oil and 2.75kg of water together then add over 2 minutes on slow speed. Mix for further 3 minutes on slow speed then bake. For 450g loaf tins bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes and for muffins bake at 195 degrees for 30 minutes.
