The Craigmillar Rich Celebration Cake Mix from CSM makes a dark, dense, moist cake which holds fruit inclusions evenly and without sinking. It is perfect for making high quality, decadent wedding and fruit cakes. Better still, it is a complete mix requiring only the addition of water and any desired inclusions.
To make, place 1kg of Craigmillar Rich Celebration Cake Mix in a bowl with beater attachment and mix on a slow speed for 1 minute slowly adding 225g of water. Scrape down and mix for a further 2 minutes on slow speed, blending in fruit inclusions if desired until it is well distributed. Bake at 170 - 175 degrees until the cake is ready (timing depends on size).
