Sales Manager - Leeds

As Sales Manager your role will be to organise, coach and lead a team of Business Development Managers (field based) and Telesales (office based) to work towards agreed targets and deliver the company strategy plans within our Scotland region, based at our Newbridge depot.

We love technology and believe it should do all the ‘heavy lifting’ for you, leaving you time to do what you do best, leading a successful sales team.

Responsibilities & duties

 

· Achieving growth and hitting sales and profit targets by successfully managing the sales team.

· Assessing the teams’ strengths & development areas, improving performance through coaching and regular meetings, 121’s and annual appraisals.

· Motivation, retention and recruitment of a ‘premiership’ sales team.

· Establishing professional and productive relationships with key personnel within the business and key customers.

· Building and promoting healthy, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them.

· Developing and implementing new ales initiatives, strategies and programmes to Win new customer, grow existing
customers share of wallet and retain regular orders.

· Providing regular reports of sales success and communicating the ‘voice of the customer’ data to senior leadership.

· Ensuring efficient and effective usage and adherence to company ‘tools’, processes and policy.

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

· Ability to communicate, inspire and motivate

· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

· Excellent mentoring, coaching and good people management skills

· Excellent time management skills to maximise ability to reach goals

· Ability to identify, recruit and hire talented sales reps and telesales.

Purchase Ledger Clerk - Leeds

We are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger clerk to work in our uber friendly finance function within our Leeds office.

Responsible for the purchase ledger process from purchase orders through to invoices and payment.


Main duties include, matching and coding invoices, preparing supplier payments, reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries on invoices with suppliers.


Ultimately, we are looking for a high performing Purchase Ledger clerk who will provide a professional and proficient service, monitoring how much is owed at all times and providing accurate financial information to the Managing Director as needed.

Job description


We are seeking an exceptional person to join our fantastic sales executive team based at our Lewes depot, the core of the role is to ensure our customers have the best experience when interacting with our business.


We do NOT hard sell, our business growth is built on having strong lasting relationships with our customers, delighting them at every touchpoint.


The Sales executives responsibilities include calling and taking incoming calls from customers, processing orders through our sales software, making outbound calls to customers and prospects in order to sell products or services and answering questions about product specifications and our service.

 

Responsibilities

 

Managing a customer call schedule daily to capture all orders for next day delivery

Answering incoming customer calls efficiently and effectivelyProcessing sales orders accurately

Making outbound calls to prospects and scheduling meetings for our Field sales team

Sell products and services to our existing customers

Answer customers enquiries about products and services

Handle customer issues (hopefully not too many!)

 

Requirements


· Experience in sales or customer services

· Proficiency in using Microsoft office and sales order software

· Good communication skills, both written and verbal

· Great can-do attitude

· Friendly team player

· Can work to a deadline

· Punctual
