Refund Policy

As food products, we're afraid that we can't accept returns unless there is a problem with the product.

If you received goods which looked fine on receipt but on opening were discovered to have been damaged, then we'll provide a refund. Refund requests for damaged items should be made within 24 hours of receiving the goods. 

Or if you believe the product to be faulty and our investigations confirm this, we'll also provide a refund. Refund requests for faulty goods should be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
