Deliveries

BFP have a minimum order value of £250.00 to obtain free UK mainland delivery. Should this criteria not be met a standard charge of £15.00 for ambient deliveries only will be made. 

If your order contains frozen or chilled items, your order must meet the minimum order value of 250.00.

We aim to deliver goods to you as quickly as possible, usually within 5 working days. Please note this can be dependent on location and time of order due to daily cut off points.

Important Notice: No Returns on Chilled and Frozen Products

At BFP, the safety and quality of our products are our top priorities. Due to strict food safety regulations and the sensitive nature of chilled and frozen items, we are unable to accept returns on these products.

Once custody of the product is transferred to the customer, we cannot verify that proper storage conditions have been maintained, which may compromise product safety and quality.
