Craigmillar Complete Sponge Cake Mix makes fat free, light and tender plain sponge cakes. The mix is self-levelling, holds colour well and is freeze/thaw stable. With its 'no crack' formulation this mix is perfect for Swiss rolls as well as regular sponge cakes.
All that and easy to use too - just add water.
To make, place 1kg of Craigmillar Complete Sponge Cake Mix in a mixer fitted with a beater, set to top speed and add 540g of water over 8 minutes. Scrape down and place batter in greaseproof lined tins then bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
