Very reliable

I've been using this flour for a couple of years now and have been impressed by its consistency and its reliably smooth texture. It works easily, both in a breadmaker and when starting a loaf from scratch in the traditional way. It kneads very nicely without too much effort and has a wonderfully silky finish. The bread I make with it rises well and the finished loaf has a very pleasing taste. It also mixes well with the wholemeal flour from the same range with consistently good results. I make traditional bread, soda bread and sourdough and this flour works well in each case. Thus far, I've been thoroughly impressed with it.
