Product details
These dark chocolate chips are made with a lower proportion of cocoa butter than regular chocolate so that they retain their shape and crunch even when baked. This bakestable formulation makes them perfect as an inclusion added to cake/muffin batters, cookies and pastries before baking.
With 50.5% cocoa solids they have a balanced dark chocolate taste with a mild bitterness and fresh fruity note. The chips are of a medium size with approximately 10,000 chips per kg.
