- Made with a blend of French wheat flour and Gaude flour (roasted maize flour), for a cream-coloured crumb.
- A wheat sourdough, made in our workshops, is added to the recipe to add a mild lactic note
- A beautifully honeycombed half baguette thanks to sourdough fermentation and a high level of hydration

- Defrosting : approximately 0-10 min at room temperature.
- Baking : approximately 10-12 min at 190°C, closed damper
