British Sugar Crafted Soft light Brown sugar is created by blending cane molasses with homegrown white sugar. With its fine uniform crystals and delicate molasses flavour it is perfect for baking giving a fine crumb texture and excellent finished volume in cakes. Works particularly well giving consistent dissolving, colour and flavour to syrups, sauces, caramels and toffees.
