These Belgian dark chocolate (42.5% cocoa solids) sticks (8cm) make luxuriant chocolate croissants and pain au chocolat. To use, place sticks in the centre of pastry before baking (resists temperatures up to 200 degrees without burning) to get a rich, real chocolate melt in the middle.
