This cream cheese topping is ready-to-use straight from the tub (spread or pipe) and perfect for finishing off round or sheet carrot cakes. Made with milk cream, egg white and with a minimum of 3.5% cheese content, it has a rich, creamy flavour and smooth, light texture. Whilst perfect for finishing fresh cakes, this topping is not recommend for freeze thaw or overwrapping.
