A traditional fruit cake for producing quality rich fruit cakes  for Christmas, wedding and all celebrations.  With a rich, slightly dark appearance and very moist texture it holds the addition of high fruit levels. 

Its excellent crumb stability makes this mix also perfect for sliced sheet lines.

Please note this product batch does have a short life and the printed best before date of 31.08.25. However, CSM technical have given a certificate of a 3 month shelf life extension to 31.11.25.
