This complete traditional scone mix requires only the addition of water to make scones with a soft, creamy texture and rustic look.
To make, add 1kg of Dawn Foods Traditional Scone Mix to 440g of water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for another 2 minutes on medium speed. Add any inclusions 30 seconds before the mix ends, then roll out and cut to the desired size. Egg wash, rest for 15 minutes then bake at 240 degrees for 12 minutes.
