IREKS corn bread mix makes tasty maize baked goods every time. Use 50% corn bread mix with 50% wheat flour (plus yeast and water) for corn bread with a slight hint of spice and sunflower seeds. IREKS corn bread mix can also be used to make corn scones and corn crackers.
