It has the advantage of a very short list of ingredients, and our 25 years of traditional craftsmanship to express the richness of its flavours. The combination of the crunchy crumble, the smoothness of the cheesecake preparation and the freshness of the fruit compote are quite simply exquisite.
This light, fruity dessert is easy to handle and ready-to-serve. It can be dressed on a plate or even in a Bodega glass for a more modern presentation.
Remove the plastic film before defrosting. Leave to defrost at +4°C/40°F for 4 hours.
