  1. Prepare oven at 180°.

  2. Line a 20cm/8in deep, loose-bottomed cake tin.Take roughly two-thirds of the Baker and Baker cookie dough and press it into the base and up the sides of the tin to create a crust.

  3. Fill your pie with the Master Martini Chocolate & Hazlenut Filling mixed with your choice of extra's and the Caramel Fudge Pieces.

  4. Roll out or press the remaining dough to cover the filling. Pinch the edges to seal the pie completely. 
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow the pie to coolcompletely in the tin. It will be soft initially; for best results, chill in the fridge for several hours or overnight to set.

  • Pop the pie (pre-bake) into the freezer for a hour or so. This helps keep your filling inside.
